Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our goal is to be fair while keeping vehicles and drivers available.
Standard Window
- Free cancellation until the cutoff displayed at booking (typically 12–24 hours before pickup).
- Inside the cutoff: a late-cancellation fee may apply (often equal to deposit or a minimum trip charge).
No‑Shows
If a driver arrives and cannot locate you after the wait period and reasonable contact attempts, the trip may be marked as a no‑show and is non‑refundable.
Events Outside Your Control
If weather or road closures make the trip unsafe or impossible, we will work with you to reschedule or issue credits per platform rules.
How to Cancel
Platform-specific rules (e.g., app/bookings partner) shown at checkout may control in case of conflict.
